Fort Transfer has an extensive fleet with terminal companies in the South and Midwest. In order to have the most efficient operations, the corporate office in Morton, IL realized the importance of having regular meetings and communications with their satellite office in Louisiana. Their new conferencing system helps bridge the gap.
Bridging the Barriers of Time and Distance
Thompson Electronics Company created a conferencing system that utilized audio and video allowing Fort Transfer daily contact to communicate and collaborate with their southern office. A main teleconferencing system was installed in the newly remodeled corporate office. The southern office has a portable conferencing system for versatility. A state-of-the-art multimedia system provided the finishing touches to the Fort Transfer recently remodeled boardroom.
