High
Tech Night Club
Macomb's
new mega night club
"The Forum" rivals
Chicago style clubs
with
three full bars
and a variety of
entertainment. The
club combined the latest
in electronics technology
with a state-of-art
sound system, special
lighting and video
effects.
The core of
the sound system
includes Rane Digital Signal
Processing (DSP)
technology. Rane DSP provides compression,
limiting, parmetric,
graphic equalization,
as well as matrix
and preset switching all
in a single
unit. The system
can operate as a night
club system or change
to 5.1 Digital surround
sound by simply pressing
a button. The DJ
booth is fully equipped with
electronics by Denon
DJ. Complete intelligent
Chavvet lighting
system creates excitement
on all dance floors
as well providing
indoor and outdoor accent
lighting.
With
the use of acoustical modeling and measurement
tools such as EASE and
SMAART Live, Thompson Electronics
Company was able to
design and setup the ideal
sound system for this particular
application.
